About Spring Rider

Hippo rider (850 x 850 x 450mm) Rider Character is contrived by an 18 mm triple layer multicolour HDPE sheet. The seat which is in 2 parts and is mounted on the rider is manufactured by injection moulded LLDPE (in black colour) which contains a specially designed footrest. These 2 parts will be linked together by (4 no.) specially designed bolts and covered with 8 caps. The rider has (2 no.) specially designed hand grips of 125mm each made up of injection moulded LLDPE for comfort & safety. The rider suspension is made up of a 100 mm x 8 mm flat coil spring engineered with tension iron. This high tension spring is mounted on a specially designed A shape stand with the help of (2 no.) 10 mm SS Hexa key bolts. The stand is made up of mild steel of 135 mm x 10 mm x 650 mm. All metal parts are polyester powder coated.
